    historic charm
    spacious rooms
    excellent staff
    overpriced amenities
    minor service delays

My stay at Hotel Boutique Casa Don Gustavo was delightful. The historic charm of this 17th-century residence added to my experience, with wonderfully spacious rooms and excellent staff who were always helpful and friendly. The breakfasts, especially local specialties, were a treat.

A bit overpriced for some amenities.

    charming atmosphere
    historical features
    spacious room
    breakfast quality

Charming atmosphere and unique decor impressed me the moment I entered Boutique Casa Don Gustavo. The hotel's historical features gave it a character that's hard to find elsewhere, reminiscent of a 19th-century residence. My room, while a bit dated, provided everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The layout was spacious and offered a nice view from the small balcony. I appreciated the location close to lively locally-owned restaurants, just steps away from the main attractions. The staff were genuinely helpful, especially Ricardo at reception, who always had a smile and assistance at the ready. Breakfast did have its ups and downs. I enjoyed the options available, but one morning, the service lagged, which was less than ideal. The only major downside was the inconsistent quality of the breakfast itself, as I had a less than favorable experience that left me concerned about food safety. However, I found the experience at this hotel delightful overall, immersed in a beautiful, historical setting with plenty to explore nearby.

The quaint charm of this hotel, with its historic touches and lovely greenery, made our family stay special. My kids loved the time spent wandering through the colorful streets, and we enjoyed the convenient location for local restaurants. Breakfast was a highlight with delicious options!

My wife says that the breakfast service could definitely use improvement.

    great staff

Recommend it for families with kids

Had an amazing welcome drink made of chaya and pineapple , really kicked off the vacation vibe. The staff were on point , always checking if we needed anything and ensuring our stay was comfy.

It wasn’t exactly cheap , but it was still acceptable.

great location but breakfast needs improvement

The master suite we stayed in was spacious and beautifully decorated, providing a delightful ambiance. The staff were attentive and genuinely friendly, always willing to assist with our requests. We particularly enjoyed the stunning garden view from our room, creating a serene atmosphere during our stay.

The breakfast options, while tasty, sometimes lacked consistency in service.

    friendly staff
    great location
    noise issue

We had a great time exploring local crafts like hippie hats and guano palm creations. The hotel is perfectly located near a vibrant pedestrian zone with plenty of shops and eateries. The breakfast options were enjoyable, especially the local specialties. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making our stay even better. Don't miss out on the stunning sunsets just a short walk away!

It would have been nice to be informed about this beforehand.

Charming Stay in the Heart of Campeche

We enjoyed the quaint atmosphere and friendly service during our 2-night family getaway. The spacious bathroom was a plus, and the nearby local restaurants offered authentic Mexican cuisine that we loved. Take a stroll to the malecon for stunning sunsets—definitely a highlight! Sunday breakfast service could improve.

    charming residence
    helpful staff
    pleasant courtyard
    dated rooms

The hotel is a charming 19th Century residence in the heart of Campeche, just a short walk from the malecon. It features picturesque courtyards and provides access to a nearby car park, making it convenient for travelers with vehicles. The staff were exceptionally accommodating, going the extra mile to ensure a comfortable stay. Breakfast offered a great selection and was enjoyed in a pleasant courtyard setting.

The rooms could be considered slightly dated.
